The Lions hosted Putnam High School and Milwaukie for a triple dual meet on January 19, 2017. Both the girls and boys lost to Putnam.    The girls lost 67-95 and the boys lost 24-84.  Trinyty Howard won the girls 500 Freestyle and the Girls 200 Freestyle. Maggie Wheeldon won the 50 Freestyle. The boys placed first in many events but didn't have the depth of numbers as did Putnam. The Boys took first in 200 Medley and 400 freestyle  Relays,  as did Chase Parkhurst in the 50 and  200 Freestyle, Caleb Rickert in the 200 Individual Medley and the 100 Breaststroke, Jacob Opdahl in the 100 Butterfly, Chris Cramer in the 100 Backstroke.   

The Lions beat Milwaukie- girls 128-28 and the boys 79-42.  With the triple dual, Dru Page won against the Milwaukie team in the 100 Freestyle and Chris Cramer came in 2nd in the Backstroke, but all the other places  for the boys were the same as Putnam.  Alyssa Fite place first in the 100 Butterfly against Milwaukie as did Auddra Lein in the 100 Backstroke and the 400 Freestyle Relay.
